Back again. So my last post ended with far more questions then I meant to leave. There is only so much time I can devote to spreading information. Though it is important that as many people know as possible.

The Shadowborn are the hybrid human children of Shadowbeings. Occasionally it can involve grandchildren and even more generations, but very rarely. Most of the energy the Shadowbeings contain and pass on are diluted from generation to generation. After the sons and daughters, the grandchildren are normally human.

As far as I can tell, I don't know if or how Shadowbeings have children with other Shadowbeings. The Shadowborn are human for the most part. They have some special powers. Much more specific than those of the Shadowbeings themselves.

There are 7 types. Some are pyro-kinetic. Some can teleport from shadow to shadow. A term stupidly yet universally referred to as 'shadowporting'. A few have wings. There are telepaths. Some can change their appearance to look like anyone whose shadow they have crossed. I and others like me can create Shadowcreatures, tiny little living things made of shadows. Like small versions of Shadowbeasts, but that's a different topic. And one other, but it's strange. It isn't like the rest, the last power. There is only ever one person with this power at any one time, as far as my research goes. The user is known as 'The Queen of Shadows'. Historically, I think it's always been a girl. I'm not exactly sure what she can do. Everything in the literature is vague. Some old Japanese texts said something along the lines of "She sees all that is dark, and remembers all that was once touched by Shadows. She binds the dark to her will and they are her creation". Better find out what that means.
